Shipping Information

Intel ships orders for in-stock products within two business days from the time you place your order with us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the morning of a Friday or the day before a U.S holiday, the soonest that your shipment will arrive is the following Monday or the day after the U.S. or any local holiday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific time on a U.S. business day will ship will ship no later that the second business day following your order.

Please note that shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, Intel requires up to two business day to process your order for shipment.

Acceptable ship-to addresses

Shipping is possible to any location in the U.S. except PO (post office) boxes, APO (military) boxes or FPO (foreign) boxes. And, orders may be shipped to over 70 countries (complete list). Customs fees, duties, and local taxes may be assessed once your shipment arrives in your country and these must be paid by you (read more here).

Standard shipping times (business days)

To destinations inside USA: 3-4 business days, plus 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Shipments occur Monday through Friday. Add one day for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii.

To destinations outside the USA: 2-4 weeks, plus 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment. However, depending on the country, the time varies and generally shorter times are what we experience.

Express Shipping Times (business days)

To destinations inside USA: options range from 1-3 business days, plus 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Shipments occur Monday through Friday. Add one day for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii.

To destinations outside the USA: options range from 1-2 weeks, plus 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment. However, depending on the country, the time varies and generally shorter times are what we experience.

Please note:

  • The shipping time shown is the time it takes the shipper to deliver the product to you after we process your order.
  • All charges are listed in US Dollars.
  • All shipments from Intel use either UPS Worldwide Express, or Federal Express. The choice of carrier is at Intel's discretion.

Returning a product

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return items for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days -- no hassles.

The item must be in "like new" condition, be returned in its original box and include all original materials -- accessories, software, manuals and/or other documents.

EXCEPTIONS: Intel does not accept the return of software that has been opened, nor do we accept returns of desktop board or processor parts, networking parts, server processor parts. Sales of these products are final.

Prior to shipping the item you wish to return, please contact Customer Service. We will give you a return material authorization (RMA) number and instructions. When you contact us, please provide this information:

  • The original order number
  • Your name and billing address (to verify for credit to your account)
  • Items you would like to return
  • Quantity being returned

RMA numbers are required on all returns. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without an RMA number and that RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that they meet our terms and conditions, within seven business days Intel will issue the applicable credit to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
