The 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7-4700EQ processor with mobile Intel® QM87 Chipset evaluation kit for retail, industrial, medical, and digital security surveillance applications includes the 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7-4700EQ processor in the ball grid array (BGA) package, 2.4GHz (base), 3.4GHz (max turbo), integrated graphics, and the mobile Intel® QM87 Chipset.
Manufactured on industry leading 22nm process, features include SATA 2.0 and 3.0, USB 2.0 and 3.0, DDR3 x2, HDMI*, VGA, DVI, and DisplayPort (DP). Display options support Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) and Intel® Trusted Execution Technology (Intel® TXT). The board form factor is Mini-ITX and is shipped in a chassis with CPU, chipset, 8GB DDR3 memory, 180W AC power supply, SATA cable, and 60G SSD.
Evaluation kits may be ordered only by product developers, software developers and system integrators. It is made available solely to allow: (1) product developers to evaluate electronic components, circuitry, or software associated with the kit to determine whether to incorporate such items in a finished product; and (2) software developers to write software applications for use with the end product. This kit is not a finished product and when assembled may not be resold or otherwise marketed unless all required FCC equipment authorizations are first obtained. Operation is subject to the condition that this product not cause harmful interference to licensed radio stations and that this product accept harmful interference.
