Errors and Omissions
Intel makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Web site. If an error is made, Intel will maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products affected by the error. Such errors may include price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to a credit card, Intel will issue a credit representing the difference between the incorrect and corrected price.
Prices listed on this web site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include charges for shipping and sales and use tax.
NOTE: Intel does not guarantee any prices listed on other web sites or price engines.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Origin—title and risk of loss pass to the customer once Intel delivers the product to the carrier. Intel will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be charged to the customer's credit card upon shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and Intel shall not be liable for delays. Intel can accept orders from and ship orders to a select list of countries.
Currently, this Intel web site accepts payment via two third-party services: Purchase Order, and PayPal. These were chosen because they work especially well for customers using payment cards that were issued from outside the U.S. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
By submitting your order for processing, you authorize either Purchase Order or PayPal to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and any amounts described on the site before order submission) to your payment card. If your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Customer is responsible for duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and may also be subject to withholding tax obligations. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not reflected in our prices, and must be paid directly by you. Intel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Refusing the package may result in customs and brokerage fees being assessed against Intel. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, when ordering from this Intel website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you are subject to withholding tax obligations, Intel expects you to comply and provide Intel the information necessary to secure the appropriate credit to your account.
