How To Order
These are the major steps to complete an order on this web site:
  • Add products to shopping cart
  • Select shipping method
  • Arrange electronic payment

Adding products to shopping cart:
Click on the "Buy Now" or "Apply Now" button to select the products you want to purchase. The items and quantities you have chosen, their purchase price and the total dollar amount of all items for purchase will be listed for you to see in the shopping bag. While in the shopping bag, you can change quantities and remove items. If you received a promotion or coupon code, please enter it in the box before continuing to checkout. This will activate any appropriate discounts or offers.

Continue to Checkout:
After you've reviewed the items you wish to purchase and are satisfied with your selections, click on the "Continue to Checkout" button. If you forgot something, or just want to do more shopping, simply click on the "Back to Shopping" button and you'll return to "the main menu" for more browsing.

If you are a new customer to this Intel site, click on the "continue" button in the New Customer section. We will then ask you for information in order to complete your order. If you have shopped with us before, you can sign in as a returning customer by providing your e-mail address and password. By doing this, we will fill out the forms for you and simply ask you to verify the information.

Billing Information:
Fill in the requested information, in the boxes indicated. Remember that your billing address must match the address listed on your credit card statement. Your credit card information will be requested on a screen later in the process of completing your order.

Shipping Information:
If the order is being shipped to the same customer name and address that you provided in the Billing Information section, you can simply check that box and click "Continue to Checkout." If the order is being shipped elsewhere, you'll need to tell us to whom and where. Again, if you are a returning customer and no information needs to change, a simple confirmation is all that is required.

Review Your Order:
This is where we ask you to enter your credit card information, including expiration date and the CVV code on the backside of the card. Also, please be sure to review your order information for accuracy, and you can change your shipping options if you would like to receive your order faster. You can print this page for reference, or just wait for your order confirmation e-mail.

Order Receipt:
Lastly, we confirm that we received your order and will follow-up by sending you an e-mail for your records. Thanks for shopping with us and enjoy your purchase!

In-Stock Items
We work to ensure that our inventory is well-stocked and available to ship within two business days. When items are in stock, we start processing your order as soon as you send it to us. Because of this, we are unable to cancel items that are being processed for shipping.

Ordering Multiple Items With Different Availability
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We don't want you to have to wait any longer than necessary to have your item(s) in hand. If you have ordered multiple items with different availability, we will ship in-stock items immediately and hold the balance of your order. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Splitting up your order will in no way increase the cost of shipping to you.

If an item will not be available for one to two weeks, we will make sure you are aware of this by stating it on the page where the product is listed, in the "Order Review" step during the order process and again in a backorder notice via e-mail.

Backordered Items
On occasion, some items in our store may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered an item that will not be available when you need it and you wish to cancel your order, contact us.

Once the become available, backordered items will be shipped separately at no extra cost.

Returning a product
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return items for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days -- no hassles.

The item must be in "like new" condition, be returned in its original box and include all original materials -- accessories, software, manuals and/or other documents.

EXCEPTIONS: Desktop Board Parts, Networking Parts, Server Processor Parts and Desktop Processor Parts cannot be returned and sales of these products are final.

Prior to shipping the item you wish to return, please contact Customer Service. We will give you a return material authorization (RMA) number and instructions. When you contact us, please provide this information:
  • The original order number
  • Your name and billing address (to verify for credit to your account)
  • Items you would like to return
  • Quantity being returned

RMA numbers are required on all returns. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without an RMA number and that RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

When returning items, carefully pack all items in their original packing materials and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Please also write the following address clearly on the outside of the box:

Finally, please ship your return using a carrier that offers tracking capability, such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. Please reply to the email that contained your RMA number and instructions with the tracking numbers.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that they meet our terms and conditions, within seven business days Intel will issue the applicable credit to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
